In Productos Leoneses you will find a wide variety of typical products of each region, with the highest quality, freshness and flavor: sausages, preserved, wines, sweets, etc.
All our products are exclusively from producers in the province of León.
WHAT DATA DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE AS A BUYER?

The scope of delivery includes the following areas: national territory, except: Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
How long will it take to receive the order?
Delivery times: Orders will be delivered within 5 business days following payment confirmation, this time being able to be reduced depending on the products purchased. The delivery period for orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Fridays will begin to run from the following Monday, the day on which preparation will begin.
Can I choose the shipping company?
Productos Leoneses works exclusively with SEUR and SEUR Frío.
What is the amount of the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order placed, you can check them before finishing the payment process.
AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS
Are the Products for sale always available?
Productos Leoneses intends to guarantee the availability of all products that are advertised through Productos Leoneses. However, in the event that any requested product is not available or if it has been sold out, the BUYER will be informed of the procedure that will be followed to proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the unavailable product as soon as possible. If the product is not available, and the BUYER having been informed of this by email or telephone, the SELLER may supply a product with similar characteristics without a price increase, in which case, the BUYER may accept or reject it, exercising their right of withdrawal. and termination of the contract.
In the event of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the BUYER, the previously paid reimbursement will be made through the same means used by the BUYER, and the SELLER must assume the expenses generated by this transaction.
If the SELLER USER is unjustifiably delayed in the return of the amounts paid, the BUYER USER may claim double the amount owed to the SELLER USER.
Will I receive the invoice with my order?

RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
Do I have the right of withdrawal?
The BUYER shall have the right to DESIST the contract with the SELLER for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1 / 2007, of November 16, which approves the referred text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal is not applicable among others to:
• Provision of services already executed or started.
• Contracts for the supply of goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the entrepreneur cannot control.
• Contracts for the supply of products made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, or which by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
• Supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
• Supplies of goods that after delivery have been mixed with others.
• Supply of alcoholic beverages whose real value depends on market fluctuations.
• Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, discs and computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for use. permanent.
• Contracts for the supply of daily newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
• Contracts through public auctions.
• Provision of accommodation services or services related to leisure activities if the contract foresees a specific date or period of execution.
What is the withdrawal period?
In this way, the BUYER will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the requested product to inform the SELLER of his desire to withdraw from the contract. The communication of the withdrawal must be sent by the BUYER to the SELLER, through any of the means of contact provided in its file. All communication will be made through Proconsi SL, who will facilitate the means and processes necessary to process the return.
During this period, the BUYER will notify the SELLER of his decision to withdraw from the contract through the email address of firstname.lastname@example.org
The withdrawal implies that Productos Leoneses will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the BUYER within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the BUYER for its payment (provided that the purchased product is not within the exceptions listed above). The SELLER will assume the expenses that the processing of this operation entails.
To proceed with the return of a product it will be essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.
Once we receive your request, we will contact the User to indicate the details of the return.
Who is responsible for the return costs?
The BUYER shall bear the direct cost of returning the product and transport. The BUYER must return the merchandise in the same conditions that it received.
Do the products for sale in Productos Leoneses have a guarantee?
Products purchased through Productos Leoneses enjoy a warranty period that will vary according to the product in question and the corresponding SELLER, covering possible manufacturing defects of the product, as well as any breakdown produced during said period. The warranty period will be understood as starting from the moment of purchase of the product.
