PROCONSI will liquidate the SELLER USER, after each sale made, the amount resulting from what was sold, subtracting the amount marked as commission (7%). This settlement will be made within twenty-one days from the moment the purchase is made and confirmed on the website or in the App.
The SELLER USER expressly agrees to provide PROCONSI, when required, the necessary data to carry out the corresponding settlement. PROCONSI reserves the right to temporarily suspend the sale of the products of a SELLER USER while there are outstanding debts. Likewise, the SELLER USER is responsible for the delay and management expenses derived from defaults that amount to € 7.25 + VAT per unpaid invoice.
DELIVERY
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the BUYER USER at the time of contracting according to the chosen modality.

The BUYER USER undertakes to provide PROCONSI with the correct delivery address data that will be used by the SELLER USER to carry out the shipment. In the event that an order is placed and that it is in the delivery process by the transport agency and the order cannot be delivered to the SELLER USER and the BUYER USER for reasons beyond the control of the transport agency, they will not have the right to any claim. PROCONSI will process a charge to the BUYER USER for the value of the shipping costs for return shipping costs. The withdrawal implies that PROCONSI will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the BUYER USER within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the BUYER USER for payment (provided that the purchased product is not within the exceptions noted above).
