Prada a Tope Sweet and Sour Figs

Prada a Tope Sweet and Sour Figs - Perfect to go with a good grilled meat. The same elaboration process is followed as for the sweet zoupeiros. Previously, with at least six days in advance, so that all the ingredients complement each other, we must have prepared a compound made with Prada Vinegar and other spices. Once the sweet zoupeiros are ready, they are put in jars adding instead of the normal syrup, a sweet and sour compound that we have prepared.
